Hear and respect other people’s opinion and knowledge.
Accept the fact that other person might know something that you don’t.
Address the elephant in the room.
Instead of being a commanding and ordering person try to be the one who wants to share knowledge.
Try to visualize the issue from 3rd person’s perspective.
